Voting Question: Why do Latinos have English names but not the other way around?

I know so many people from South America who are native Spanish speakers that have English names such as Franklin, Wilson, Janine, Irene, etc. or have Hispanicized the spellings of English names (i.e. "Mayquel" for "Michael"), but you never look people from the U.S. who are native English speakers with Spanish names such as Jose, Pablo, Rosario, etc. Why is this the case? Any ideas?

We don't have school today since it's election day so I nice of have a little free time to do whatever. I want to try some new styles with my hair but I don't know what to do. I'm 11 (Almost 12) and in the 6th grade. I don't really like girly hairstyles with like pretty little barrettes and stuff, nor do I like the two ponytail style, I don't have anything against them it's just that they don't suit my personality well. Resolved Question: I need help editing an anime pic?

The picture is that of mizore from Rosario-Vampire in her bikini saying sorry. I want to perfectly outline her easly without having to slowly drag the cursor every around her body. I want to do this so i can invert my selection so it will highlight everything around her (the background). I've tried this already with Magic Wand ( i use Paint.net) but i always look that it selects around tiny spots in the background instead of the whole background itself

Rosario + Vampire just released episode 6 of season 2. Where are they in the manga? If the anime changed changed the storyline from the manga on what manga chapter did they change? I am researching our Family Tree. My grandmother ( her first name was Rosario ) was adopted when she was either an baby or a toddler. Supposedly her dad's last name was Brienza(o) and mom's was Azzara ( not sure of spelling). She grew up in Brooklyn, NY on Jackson St. ( beneath the Belt Parkway) with a family whose last name was LaPolla (LaPola). She was born in 1896. Supposedly she was orphaned when a flame broke out at the Hospital (Brooklyn or King's County) . Her mom was a patient there and was killed. Her Dad must have put her up for adoption and a family named Sweeny first adopted her. Then for some reason, The Lapolla family took her in. I have researched as much on line as I could. I don't have the money to receive a subscription at gift. It would be great if I could be contacted by any member of this family or someone who knows them! Thanks for the help in advance!
